How to play Chick Crossing

Chick Crossing is a Crossy-Road-style endless hopper: guide your chicken across roads, rivers, and railways, one hop at a time, while the camera scrolls relentlessly forward.

Controls

Tap to hop forward; swipe left, right, or down to sidestep and retreat. On desktop, use the arrow keys. Every hop is one tile — the game is chess at traffic speed.

Hazards

Roads want timing between cars, railways flash a warning before a train owns the whole track, and rivers drown you unless you ride the drifting logs — and a log can carry you right off the screen edge if you stand on it too long. The camera never stops, so dithering at the back of the screen is fatal too.

Tips

Plan two or three rows ahead during safe moments instead of solving each row at its edge. On rivers, hop along logs in the direction opposite their drift to stay centred. When a train warning flashes, either cross immediately or step back — never stand on the track weighing it up. Coins are nice, but never trade a safe line for one. You get one revive per run; spend it on a run that deserves it.
